9:00 p.m. ET: Shreve concedes to Hogsett for Indianapolis Mayor

According to Fox59, Republican Candidate Jefferson Shreve has conceded the mayoral race to Incumbent Mayor of Indianapolis Joe Hogsett. This concludes The Reflector’s live coverage of the Carmel and Indianapolis mayoral races.

8:28 p.m. ET: Carmel Mayoral Race Called, Nelson concedes to Finkam

According to WTHR, the City of Carmel Mayoral Race has been called. Nelson has conceded the race to now-Mayoral Elect Sue Finkham.

8:03 p.m. ET: Looking at potential results as votes are counted

Incumbent Joe Hogsett currently has a 60% lead over Jefferson Shreve who is at 40% of the votes that have been counted thus far, according to the Indianapolis Star. As of now, approximately 49% of precincts across the state of Indiana are reporting results. In Carmel, 53.62% of voters have voted for Republican Candidate Sue Finkam, while 45.41% of voters have voted for Democratic Candidate Miles Nelson, according to Fox59. As of now, 118 out of the county’s 208 precincts have reported.

6:54 p.m. ET: Polls Close, Counting Begins

As the polls close across the state, counties have begun counting the votes. According to the Indiana Election Division, 4.5% of 3,408 precincts are currently reporting.
