October is haunted house season, and some haunts may be worth putting on your radar this year. Necropolis: The City of Perpetual Darkness, located at the Dark Armies Strategic Pursuit Entertainment facility, is a must-visit attraction. Necropolis opens at 7 p.m. daily. The path design for this warehouse-turned-haunted house is both elaborate and exciting. Corridors and sharp turns are placed every few steps, but that does not burden the beautifully crafted scenes. The monsters have 360 degree access to the audience at all times. The Dark Armies facility also features two additional attractions: Zombie Inn and Dark Terrors. These mimic the path design and attention to detail of the first events, but vary in theme. Ticket prices are split into single attraction and combo tickets.
