Review: NHL ’11
A lot of basketball video game fans have been asking for nearly 15 years, ‘When is Michael Jordan going to be in a game?’ Well look no further, as NBA 2K11 brings you Michael Jordan for the first time, as well as challenges to see if you could break any or all of his records he set during his legacy in the NBA.
The game has it all: realistic graphics, smooth, natural game play, new game modes to keep you interested, and a live, up-to-date roster for each team. Another decent aspect of the game is the soundtrack, which is mediocre at best but sets the tone for the game. The controls for the game are slightly difficult, but one of the better parts of the game is the fact you can play as teams from the 1990’s such as the classic versions of the Utah Jazz, Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, and features classic players, including Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Shawn Kemp and Isaiah Thomas being a few. This game is, hands down, the best basketball game you will ever pick up.
