For the 21-and-older crowd, there’s usually a bar to factor in when you consider how to spend an evening with your friends.Well, if karaoke coupled with hilarity sounds like fun, then grab a group of people and head to the Colonial Inn. Located less than a mile from campus, walking distance for some, this local bar is a highlight spot for any Friday night. Drink prices are moderate for a college budget and the atmosphere is definitely fun for a larger group setting. This isn’t a bar you go to alone or with just a couple of friends. It’s not truly embarrassing to be up on stage singing karaoke unless all of your friends are there to watch or laugh at you. Also, having a large group of friends is not only more fun, it’s safer.
